Creating a Company Profile.
Your profile must contain valid Company information and include your current required state documents. You may edit your profile at any time. Once your profile is completed, the next step is to select all the shows you wish to attend then submit for review. If your documents have expired, your current state issued document must be uploaded. We will notify you via email when your registration is complete.
Online Registration: BEST OPTION!
This feature allows registration for all shows in advance. Once approved, only the January Tucson badges will be mailed before the start of the show. The other show badges will be received at that show. Any changes made after January 12, 2024 will need to be made onsite at the registration area.
What are the registration requirements?
To qualify as a Wholesale Buyer, a State-Issued Sales Tax License, Sales and Use Tax Permit, or Resale Permit for a Jewelry/Gem/Mineral related business is required. International Buyers must provide a passport and proof of business.

Is there a cost to attend?
There is no cost to attend as a qualified Buyer.

When emailing documents, the information must match your registration. Registration will be in a pending status until proper documents are received. We will send an email when you have been approved.

How will I know I am registered?
Once you have completed a profile and attached a valid sales tax license, you will be able to select the shows you wish to attend. After a G&LW staff member has approved your profile, your registration will be completed and then a confirmation email will be sent. How do I make changes and corrections to my existing registration?
To make changes to your registration click here and log into your profile. Click view profile, enter changes and then click submit. Any changes after January 12, 2024 will need to be made onsite at the show.

Should I bring copies of State-Issued Sales Tax License/Sales and Use Tax Permit/Resale Permit to the show?
Yes, it’s suggested to bring at least 10 copies of your documents. Keep in mind, exhibitors may require a copy with your purchase.
What if I haven't received a confirmation after registering?

What if I have more than 6 people to register for my company?
A maximum of 6 badges is allowed per company. Please contact G&LW registration at 866-393-7526 to discuss your request.
When will I receive my badges?
Badges will be mailed before the start of the show. Any changes to buyer or guest names after badges have been printed and mailed will need to be updated at the onsite pre-registration desk. Lanyards and badge holders will be available at the registration desk.

Are children allowed to attend G&LW shows?
Although children are not refused entry, G&LW shows are organized for business to business activity therefore not suitable for children. The use of strollers is strictly prohibited.
What are the Show floor restrictions?
No camera/video recorders at any time unless approved by G&LW
No smoking or using e-cigarettes is allowed
No storage is available on-site
Only service animals are allowed at G&LW Shows
Unauthorized duplication of attendee badges will ban you from G&LW Shows
